The firm is located on the Courthouse Square in Whiteville, North Carolina and offers legal services in Columbus County and the surrounding areas (Bladen, Brunswick, and Robeson Counties).
Alan High is the attorney at the firm and has 30 years of legal experience. Alan began practicing law in 1992 and established his solo practice in 2012. He is supported by two knowledgeable and helpful legal assistants, Sarah Muse and Renea Stanley.

Alan is a Columbus County native and enjoys hunting, fishing, water skiing, and watching UNC football and basketball games with his family.
Education
Alan graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1989 with a B.S. in Business Administration, focusing in Finance and Economics.
Alan graduated from Campbell University's Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 1992.

Sarah has been working with Alan for over 25 years, and she has over 30 years of experience as a Legal Assistant.
Having worked in various legal settings, Sarah has developed comprehensive knowledge and understanding of intricate legal processes.
Sarah works primarily with our Social Security, Real Estate, Estate Planning, and Traffic Ticket clients, but her many years of experience make her a “jack of all trades” on our team.
Sarah is reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient, paying meticulous attention to detail and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Renea joined our team in 2017, and she has over 12 years of experience as a Legal Assistant.
Renea works primarily with our Personal Injury clients and assists with related Worker’s Compensation and Wrongful Death claims. Renea manages claims, compiles medical records, facilitates discussions with adjusters, and more.
Renea treats each client with dignity and sincerity, focusing on making an often-overwhelming process a little easier for our clients.
Renea says that her goal is to “take whatever I can off of our clients’ plates so they can just focus on getting better.”
